With this program you can transfer content about Nonviolent Communication learn, practice and repeat in a playful way.
What does the approach of Nonviolent Communication? So that you can learn to speak other people clearly and directly, if you disturb something - but without reproach, criticism and attack. This increases the willingness of others to cooperatively and constructively to behave.
You can also learn to better understand other people, even if you are not agree with their behavior. Be aware that "understand" does not mean "to agree". This insightful listening contributes to a better interaction and leads to other more willingness now to understand your needs and to be taken seriously.
This educational game gives you the opportunity to practice their skills of sincerity and sensitivity. It is aimed at people with different prior knowledge on the subject. You can play it if you are not familiar with the topic Nonviolent Communication, as well as if they have already familiarized himself with the subject in the form of books or seminars.
The game contains tasks where you can increase their understanding of the essential principles Nonviolent Communication check and train. You becomes a feature NVC asked a question they answer, by opting for one of several choices. A help function explains the task or question in more detail and shows in many cases an example. After you have answered the question, you will get a feedback on the right answer and when required this must include an explanation. The game is currently on 17 different types of tasks (later 35) with over 800 different tasks (later 1200). You can use it alone or play with up to 4 players. The tasks can be selected either itself or the program determines the task randomly. If you have given an answer, you will receive feedback on the screen to their solution and also acoustic feedback, which can be disabled if desired.
